Our clients are at the heart of what we do. We are guided by an ethos of empowering them and supporting them to voice their needs, views and wishes
People make the difference. If our staff are happy at work, they will be effective at work
Many in the community are denied social justice for reasons including communication difficulties, physical or mental health issues or cultural concerns. We want to change this
Whilst we are committed to supporting self-advocacy, we are aware that sometimes even empowered, articulate people are not listened to and need direct advocacy support. Therefore, we aspire to provide access to an advocate to anyone who needs one
Our clients’ voices should be heard at every level of policy and decision-making. We are dedicated to providing a range of pathways to ensure this happens
We focus on making ourselves ‘easy to reach’ and reject the thinking that perpetuates the idea of ‘hard to reach’ groups
We believe in the importance of a diverse and vibrant voluntary sector and support a partnership approach to service provision.
