SEAP manages six projects that provide advocacy and related services to a wide range of client groups including:

• ICAS - anyone wishing to make a complaint about their NHS healthcare
• Mental Health Advocacy - adults with Mental Health issues
• MY CHOiCE - adults with learning difficulties
• SEAP Cornwall
– Independent Mental Capacity Advocacy Service and inpatient mental health advocacy
• SEAP Portsmouth – Independent Mental Capacity Advocacy Service, mental health advocacy and appropriate adult scheme
• Xpress Advocacy Service - children and young people
