Meeting Rooms Available for Hire

Whether you need a venue for a day's interviewing, to hold a board away day or to train your staff, you'll find we have the space and services you need to make your event a success.

Facilities and Equipment

Our training and board rooms are suitable for a range of activities from training courses and focus groups to team meetings or board meetings. We can also provide comfortable smaller rooms for meetings, workshops or training breakout sessions. With wireless internet throughout, a fully interactive whiteboard, flipcharts, projector and screen, video conference facilities and full air-conditioning, SEAP provides you with everything you need to host the best possible event. All our equipment can be hired for an additional charge.

Accessibility

All rooms are fully accessible for disabled visitors with access to a designated disabled toilet.

Capacity

The training room can accommodate up to 25 people (theatre style) while the 2 break-out rooms can cater 4 people each. A maximum of 12 people can comfortably sit in the boardroom.

Catering

Tea and coffee can be available throughout the day at an extra charge. We are happy to discuss any breakfast/lunch requirements with you and would be happy to organise catering on your behalf.

Location

Our rooms are located on the 7th floor at Cavendish House in the centre of Hastings, overlooking the seafront and promenade. Hastings railway station is a short walk away. The A259 provides coastal access to Folkestone in the east and Eastbourne and Brighton to the west, with the A21 providing access north to Tunbridge Wells and the M25. There is ample access to local car parking facilities to the front and the rear of the building.
