Services for Health/Care Professionals
If you are a health/care professional and need to make an IMCA or IMHA referral, please use the Isles of Scilly Advocacy forms provided below and on the Isles of Scilly Advocacy website. NOTE: seAp can only accept Independent Care Act Advocacy (ICAA) referrals from local authority triage workers, processing these via the Council's MOSAIC system.
Within the Isles of Scilly Advocacy partnership, Healthwatch Isles of Scilly and the Royal Association for Deaf People (RAD) support seAp's Independent Health Complaints Advocacy (IHCA) service delivery.
RAD also supports seAp's Independent Care Act Advocacy (ICAA), Independent Mental Health Advocacy (IMHA) and DoLS RPR service delivery.
seAp is the sole provider of IMCA services for the islands.
Your Local Authority or Local Healthwatch can also give you advice on who provides local services in your area.
