If you wish to make a complaint about your experience of NHS care or treatment, please download our Self-Help Information Pack. This guides you through the NHS complaints process and provides local information and useful contacts. You may contact Isles of Scilly Advocacy if further support is needed.
Within the Isles of Scilly Advocacy partnership, Healthwatch Isles of Scilly and the Royal Association for Deaf People (RAD) support seAp's Independent Health Complaints Advocacy (IHCA) service delivery.
RAD also supports seAp's Independent Care Act Advocacy (ICAA), Independent Mental Health Advocacy (IMHA) and DoLS RPR service delivery.
seAp is the sole provider of IMCA services for the islands.
