seAp promotes wellbeing throughout our work with vulnerable clients. We apply that principle to our staff and have devised policies which enable working families and individuals to be able to balance health and wellbeing with delivering a quality service which meets the needs of our clients. Staff who feel valued provide a valued service. As most of our employees are home-based across the south of the country, having a flexible approach allows our employees to manage their personal, working and client needs more effectively. Sometimes working in the early morning or later in the evening gives the individual the freedom to work more effectively and efficiently, producing the right outcome for all. seAp promotes the need for a healthy work/life balance and wellbeing and is a long standing signatory of the Mindful Employer Charter.
