The National Appropriate Adult Network (NAAN) is the national membership (umbrella) body for organisations running appropriate adult services. NAAN is a registered charity and a Company limited by guarantee. It is governed by a Board of Directors/Trustees. It currently has three members of staff: a Chief Executive, a peripatetic Development Officer and a National Administrator. NAAN is funded by the Home Office, charitable trusts, membership subscriptions and the sale of services.
